The Solar Impulse 2 resumes its world tour, after a technical stop of around 300 days.
The plane took off Thursday from Hawaii towards the US West Coast. Approximate duration of the trip was 62 hours.
The batteries of the Solar Impulse 2 had suffered damage during the stage between Nagoya, Japan and Hawaii in the Pacific.

The team took advantage of good weather to resume his adventure.
“Today it is very serene. We saw this morning, it was difficult with the wind and then it was managed in the right way and calmly in fact,“André Borschberg, Solar Impulse pilot said.
Dubbed the “paper plane”, it has a wingspan of 72 meters, and a weight of 2.3 tonnes.
